In her role as Director, Professional Learning Services, Jennifer’s mission is to empower educators with the knowledge, resources, and research that can help every student reach their fullest potential. Jennifer is currently earning her PhD in Curriculum Instruction and Literacy from Kent State University.

Katie is a tenured education professional with over 20 years of experience as a classroom teacher, literacy coach and curriculum/assessment coordinator. Katie understands that improving and assisting teacher effectiveness leads to student learning and academic growth. Katie is dedicated to providing effective professional learning experiences for all teachers. Her smile lights up a room and she is known to bring some amazing chocolate to her on-site sessions!

Heather is a skilled and devoted educator with over 24 years of experience as a classroom teacher, school administrator, and professional development specialist. She is dedicated to enriching the experiences of students and teachers by providing the knowledge and resources to foster academic achievement. Heather creates a welcoming and introspective atmosphere where teachers are encouraged to grow and learn.

Natasha Chenowith

Manager, Professional Development - Central

As a former French and ENL teacher, Natasha is passionate about improving literacies of language learners. She is dedicated to providing professional learning that supports culturally and linguistically responsive instruction. Natasha graduated with her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in teaching English as a second language from Kent State University in 2017.

Lori Smith

National Curriculum Consultant

With a passion for promoting literacy, Lori’s role as a National Curriculum Consultant includes working alongside local representatives to make new customers aware of how to utilize Learning A-Z resources for the best student outcomes. Lori helps customers match resources to district initiatives and student needs, and then works with them to create a well-rounded arsenal of curriculum resources for districts and teachers.
