Requesting Prorated Reimbursement
In order to receive a refund from Learning A-Z, our policy states that all subscriptions must have been purchased within the last thirty days to be eligible. To begin this process, simply locate the chat feature within your product. To do so, we recommend you take the following steps:
Step one: Log into your account via the product you have purchased.
Step two: Locate the widget for our new chat feature, a direct connection to our customer service team that grants you with the answers you need in minutes!
Step three: Once you connect with our knowledgeable team, let them know that you are seeking a refund due to your school/district purchasing the same product. Once our team has received your request they will review for eligibility.
