In her role, she brings over 20 years of experience as an elementary school teacher, instructional coach, and in the educational publishing industry, with emphasis on literacy instruction to support teachers and students in grades K-6. At Learning A-Z, Courtney is responsible for integrating science-based research to support current products and guide resource development that empowers teachers and students.
