Before joining the Learning A-Z team in 2024, Elizabeth dedicated over 15 years to education as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, and professional development facilitator. She has coached teachers in effective small-group reading instruction, focusing on language and reading comprehension development. Elizabeth remains deeply rooted in reading research by collaborating with educators, thought leaders in literacy, and volunteering in classrooms to stay abreast of the current literacy climate. As a Learning Designer, she is passionate about equitable literacy practices that ensure learning is accessible for all students.
