Learning A-Z, a premier provider of K-6 supplemental online literacy resources is looking to add a detail oriented, organized, and collaborative PD Scheduler/Coordinator to the team. This role will work with Professional Development Managers, Schools, and Districts to provide administrative and scheduling coordination of professional learning events for the Professional Development Department. This role will engage in a significant amount of communication via email, telephone, and other digital platforms. We will rely on this role to accurately update our CRM system, with record of customer communications, and to update calendars to ensure we successfully execute our professional learning events. These professional learning events are critical for Learning A-Z customers to effectively utilize our programs and impact teachers and students lives in meaningful ways.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-year experience as administrative assistant, receptionist, scheduler, or similar experience.
  • Excellent computer skills: MS Office Suite, Google Suite
  • Highly organized, detail oriented
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to fulfill assigned tasks with minimal supervision

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Previous Experience working in the K-12 education industry
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce, or another CRM
