- Log into Vocabulary A-Z with your teacher username and password.
- Click on the Cumulative Assessment tab.
- Choose a vocabulary category from the New Words tab.
- If the category has a sub-category, select a sub-category until words appear.
- Choose up to twenty four words to put in your Word List from Tier One, Tier Two, or Tier Three.
- To choose words from other categories, simply change the category, and the words you have already chosen will remain on your Word List.
- Click Next.
- Name the cumulative assessment.
- Choose a Type Size: Small for Intermediate grades and Large for primary grades.
- Click Download Assessment.

- Name the new cumulative assessment.

- To download a new cumulative assessment based off of the same words, click on the lesson name.
- Update the words in the cumulative assessment word list as desired.
