How will usernames and
passwords be received?
A unique username and password is selected during the ordering process
and emailed to the coordinator or single classroom teacher upon
activation of the license.
Registered sub-level coordinators and
classrooms/educators will be sent a unique username and password by
email when the license is active and the Top-Level Coordinator
registers them.
Can I change my username and
password?
Yes. Once you have logged into the website,
your username and/or
password can be changed to one you can easily remember from
the My Account
page. Select the Preferences
link, enter your new username and/or password, and select the Update Preferences
button. You can begin using it immediately and will receive a
confirmation email within moments.
What do I do if I forget my
username and/or password?
If you forgot your username and password, simply select the Forgot
Password link on the Login page. Enter your email address.
Your username and a random password will be emailed to you.
Once you have logged in, you can change your
username and/or password to one of your choice from the My Account page. Select the Preferences
link, enter your new username and/or password, and select the Update Preferences
button. You can begin using it immediately and will receive a
confirmation email within moments.

What do I do if I forgot my
username and/or password, and
my email address has
changed?
Contact our customer service department toll-free at (866) 889-3729 to
update our records. In addition to updating the registered email address, a customer service representative will also guide
you through the steps to have your password emailed to your newly
registered email address.

join all your accounts under one set of user information. Please have
available each username and password.
Can I use the same username and password from my paid product to access another product with a free day pass?
Yes. Once the day pass is activated for a specific product, log into that product with the same username and password.
I accidentally reset my
password; what do I do now?
A new password will be sent to the email address on file. Retrieve it
and log into the purchased Learning A-Z website.
Once logged in, you can change your username and/or password
to one of your choice from your personal My Account
page. Select the Preferences
link, enter
your new password, and select the Update Preferences button. You can begin
using it immediately and will receive a confirmation email within
moments.
Can I access the purchased
Learning A-Z website and download/print materials from any computer?
Yes. Registered users can login from any computer as long as the
materials are used for students in a registered classroom and the
username and password is kept confidential.
Can I use my username and password
on any Learning A-Z website?
Each Learning A-Z website requires a separate paid subscription. If
ordered together, one unique username and password will be issued to
access each purchased website.
If ordered separately, and unique usernames
and passwords are received for each purchased website, contact our
customer service department toll-free at (866) 889-3729 to join the
accounts under one set of user information. Please have available each
username and password.
