Who can use the materials on a
Learning A-Z website?
Permission to use the materials on a Learning A-Z website is granted to
any registered classroom serving up to 36 students who holds a paid and
active license. Continued instructional use of downloaded materials
requires a paid license.
Registered teachers/users are individuals
whose names have been supplied to Learning A-Z by the district, group,
school, program, or organization purchasing the license and who have
received unique usernames and passwords from Learning A-Z.
Unauthorized sharing of usernames and
passwords or materials will result in the immediate cancellation of the
entire license without refund, and will be subject to retroactive
charges.
Can users share the
materials?
Anyone serving students enrolled in licensed classrooms may use the
materials from a purchased Learning A-Z website. Materials are not to
be used for serving students outside the licensed classrooms or beyond
the license term.
Unauthorized sharing of materials will
result in the immediate cancellation of the entire license without
refund, and will be subject to retroactive charges.
Can a specialist share
the materials with the student's teacher?
A specialist can only share materials downloaded from a purchased
Learning A-Z website if the teacher or classroom also holds a license
and is registered.
Unauthorized sharing of materials will
result in the immediate cancellation of the entire license without
refund, and will be subject to retroactive charges.
Can users share usernames and
passwords?
Each classroom on a license will be issued a unique username and
password for use by anyone serving students enrolled in the licensed
classroom. Acceptable instances of shared passwords are those in which
an aide, parent, student, etc. is downloading and printing materials
for a registered classroom.
Unauthorized sharing of usernames and
passwords will result in the immediate cancellation of the entire
license without refund, and will be subject to retroactive charges.
Can users access the
purchased Learning A-Z website(s) and download/print materials from any
computer?
Yes. Active registered classroom teachers can log in to a purchased
Learning A-Z website from any computer as long as the materials are
used for students in a registered classroom and the username and
password is kept confidential.
How many copies can each
user download?
Registered classroom teachers may download as many copies as needed
from the purchased Learning A-Z website to serve only the students
enrolled in the licensed classrooms.
How long can a user use downloaded
materials?
Permission to use downloaded materials from the purchased Learning A-Z
website is valid for the duration of the license term. Continued
classroom use requires a current license.
Learning A-Z is constantly updating and
improving its materials and adding new resources. So we encourage you
to visit often.
Can a registered classroom
teacher use Learning A-Z materials at home with his/her own children?
Yes. A registered classroom teacher is granted permission to use
materials from a purchased Learning A-Z website with his/her own
children, in addition to the children in the registered classroom.
Can the role of License
Coordinator be transferred to another individual?
Yes. The top-level
coordinator can replace a sub-level coordinator at any time
from the Users
link of the My Account page.
- Log in using your coordinator username
and password.
- Select the Users link from the
My Account page.
- Select the appropriate product tab.
- Check the box(es) next to the sub-level
coordinator you wish to delete.
- Select the Remove action from
the drop down menu at the top of the user list.
- Select the Perform Action
button next to the Action drop down menu.
Please note: to delete a sub-level coordinator, there must be no
teachers registered under his or her account.
To designate a new top-level
coordinator, we ask that you

and replacing the original order form contract. The letter should be
signed by someone in a position of authority and include:
- Licensed organization
- Website(s)
- A license identifier (username, license
ID, or previous top-level
coordinator's name)
- Name, phone number, and email address of
the new License Coordinator.
- Agreement with our Usage Policy; one

Our fax number is (520) 327-9934.
Please allow up to 2-3 business days from
receipt of your faxed documentation to update our records. Once
updated, the new top-level
coordinator will receive an email
confirmation with the username and password.
Can registered classrooms be transferred
to a different teacher?
Yes. License
Coordinators can replace registered classroom teachers at any
time throughout the terms of the license from the Manage Users page of
the purchased website. However, permission to access and use materials
is only granted to registered classrooms.
Can a single classroom license
be transferred to another teacher?
A single classroom license paid for by the school or district can be
transferred to another teacher. However, permission to use materials is
only granted to one classroom at a time.
To transfer a single classroom license to
another teacher, we ask that you fax documentation on school or
district letterhead authorizing a change. The letter should be signed
by someone in a position of authority and include:
1. Licensed organization
2. The Learning A-Z website(s) to which a subscription is held.
3. An account identifier (username, previous subscriber's name)
4. Name, phone number, and email address of the new Individual

Please allow up to 2-3 business days
from
receipt of your faxed documentation to update our records. Once
updated, the new teacher will receive an email confirmation with the
username and password.
I am a private business
or community organization, not a school; can I purchase a license?
You must purchase a special multiple-user license for your community
organization. It is a breach of our usage policy for organizations to
purchase
and use single classroom licenses. Please call your Regional Director
