Learning A-Z Complete Usage
Guidelines
A license grants access to the purchased Learning A-Z website as
well as permission to use its copyrighted resources as
part of the
classroom curriculum. Each teacher using the resources must have a
license in order to obtain the necessary permission. Each Learning A-Z
license is valid for one classroom only (with up to 36 students). Licenses must be maintained
for continued permission to use downloaded, copyrighted materials. Each
license must
be registered in the name of the classroom teacher using the resources.
Unauthorized sharing of usernames and
passwords, or downloaded resources, will result in the immediate
cancellation of the entire license without refund, and will be subject
to retroactive charges.
Review our complete Terms
of Service policy.

Content Modifications
Translating Learning
A-Z translates many of its resources into Spanish & French for the
convenience of our customers. Licensed classroom teachers who wish to
translate downloaded resources into an alternative language should
contact Customer Service to request the alternative language. Permission may also be available to licensed classrooms to paste translated versions over printed copies. Contact Customer Service
to determine eligibility and obtain the necessary paperwork. However,
contracts with third party suppliers prevent Learning A-Z from granting
permission to alter original files and content.
Editing Resources Learning
A-Z is proud to partner with many third party suppliers to offer
quality resources. Contracts with these suppliers prevent Learning A-Z
from granting permission to alter original files and content.
Conversion to Braille Learning
A-Z is sensitive to the alternative needs of visually impaired
students. Contact Customer Service to discuss obtaining permission for
licensed classrooms to translate downloaded resources to Braille using
a third party conversion program the licensed teacher is responsible
for obtaining.
Posting Resources on a non-Learning A-Z Site Learning A-Z is proud to partner with many third party suppliers to
offer quality resources. Contracts with these suppliers prevent
Learning A-Z from granting permission to post any Learning A-Z content on a non-Learning A-Z website. Additionally,
posting Learning A-Z resources, and or user information, where
non-licensed classrooms have access is a violation of Learning A-Z
Terms of Service and Copyright protection. Learning A-Z reserves
the right to request immediate removal of unauthorized posting, and/or
limit access to a license, to ensure compliance
with our usage policy, copyright protection, and proper licensing.
Redistribution Redistribution
of Learning A-Z resources is a violation of Learning A-Z Terms of
Service and Copyright protection except where a special contract has
been granted. Parties interested in partnering with Learning A-Z as a
distributer in a country outside of North America, please contact Customer Service with a complete business plan of your proposal. Learning A-Z reserves the right to request immediate cease of
