We take great pride in supplying a quality product at a reasonable
price. In general, it is our policy to provide a full refund for anyone
who has been unable to use the site or is dissatisfied with the
materials. Refunds must be requested in writing within 30 days of
activation of your account and the account cannot have been accessed
numerous times. Email a refund request to
support@learninga-z.com or
fax a request to (520) 327-9934. Please include the username, full name
of subscriber, product, and detailed reason you are requesting a
refund. All refunds will be issued
according to the original payment method.
We will not be able to refund a license after 30 days, or for accounts with heavy usage, except in cases of
license upgrades, so it is imperative that you fully test our site to ensure
that your computer can view and print the PDFs available on our website and that
the materials are suited to your needs.
What is your refund policy if I upgraded to a larger license?
When a license with more than 30 days remaining before the expiration date
upgrades to a larger license, the value of the time left on the original license
will be refunded according to the original payment method. To be eligible for an
upgrade refund:
1. Each originally registered classroom must be registered under the new
larger license.
2. The coordinator of the original license must contact Learning A-Z in
writing to request the refund.
The amount of the refund will be based on the date of request, not the date
the new larger license is activated; so, be sure to request the refund
immediately after the classrooms are registered. Remember, the original license
must have more than 30 days remaining to be eligible for a refund.
How do I get a refund?
To request a refund, simply contact our customer service department by email at
support@learninga-z.com or
fax at (520) 327-9934. Please include the username, full name of
subscriber, product, and detailed reason you are requesting a
refund.
A notice will be sent when your refund has been processed. Please remember,
refunds for upgrades cannot be processed until the license is active, the
classrooms are registered on the license, and the original license has more than
30 days remaining before the expiration date. |
