How are Learning A-Z licenses sold?
Learning A-Z licenses are sold on a per classroom basis. Each teacher paid and registered can use the license with up to 36 students in one classroom.

Discounts are available for bulk ordering. For more information, please contact your Regional Director toll-free at (866) 889-3731.

How do we purchase licenses?
You may order online by visiting the secure Order section for any one of the Learning A-Z websites you wish to purchase.

1. If you already have a license to any Learning A-Z product, enter your username and password, and select the Continue button. If you are a new Learning A-Z customer, select the I am a new Learning A-Z customer; Continue button.
2. Enter the number of classrooms who will be using the materials.
3. Select the number of years you would like to order, from the drop down menu. Order up to five years at a time to lock in current low rates and receive a 10% multiple year discount off the total order.
4. Enter a promotion code, if you have one.
5. Enter the License Coordinator contact information. 
    a. Use the District and/or School drop-down menus to select your organization.
    b. If you are not registering with an organization, or your district/school is not listed, select the Not Listed option.
6. Enter the desired login information for the coordinator, and select the coordinator's security question and answer.
7. Select the Continue button.
8. If desired, select other Learning A-Z products to purchase for the same number of classrooms and years. Order multiple Learning A-Z products at the same time and receive a 10% multiple site discount off the total order.
    a. If you would like to order more classrooms for any of the additional Learning A-Z products, purchase the product now, and you will have the opportunity to purchase more classrooms from the website My Account page.
9. Select the Continue button.
10. Review our usage guidelines, the total cost of the order, and agree to the price.
11. Confirm the billing contact information.
12. Select the method of payment method of payment.
13. Read and agree to the Learning A-Z terms and conditions, and select the Place Order button.
14. Print the final page.
    a. If you paid by credit card, this will be a receipt for your records and the license will be available for use immediately.
    b. If check or purchase order was selected, print the order form and send it to Learning A-Z along with the payment. The order will be activated within 2-3 business days of our receipt of the completed online renewal form and payment, and a confirmation email will be sent to the coordinator.

Remember, coordinators of licenses for 2 or more classrooms are responsible for registering and maintaining online the list of registered classrooms.

How can we get a written quote to generate a purchase order?
The final page of your completed online order form serves as a quote. You may also contact your Regional Director toll-free at (866) 889-3731.

What if we are ordering for multiple classrooms but don't want a coordinator?
A single classroom license can be ordered for each teacher. Remember though that discounts are only available for bulk orders. Please contact your Regional Director toll-free at (866) 889-3731 to discuss pricing options.

I'm not going to be the account holder, but I'm paying for it. In whose name do I order the license?
The order form should be completed in the name of the License Coordinator. An option to designate a different billing contact is provided during the order process.

What if I am ordering as a parent, relative, or home schooler?
We are pleased to be partnering with you in the education of your child(ren). Simply select 1 classroom (less than 36 students) on the online order form. Remember, a 10% multiple site discount is available for ordering more than one website at a time and a 10% multiple year discount is available for ordering more than one year at a time.

How do we order multiple Learning A-Z licenses with a different number of classrooms for each license?
Order all the desired Learning A-Z licenses at one time. Remember, a 10% multiple site discount is available for ordering more than one website at a time, and discounts are available for bulk orders.

Once the order is complete, expand the desired license(s) on the My Account page when logged in as the License Coordinator.

Can we order licenses for more than one year?
Yes. Many customers opt for this choice when using multi-year funding to lock in current low rates and receive a 10% multiple year discount off the total cost of the order. Order up to five years at a time in the online order process or contact your account representative toll-free at (866) 889-3731.

Is a discount available if we order a license for multiple Learning A-Z websites and/or multiple years?
Yes. Purchase a license to multiple Learning A-Z websites at the same time to automatically receive a 10% multiple site discount off the total order.

Additionally, purchase a multiple year license to any Learning A-Z website to automatically receive a 10% multiple year discount off the total order.

Purchase a multiple year license to multiple Learning A-Z websites at the same time to automatically receive 20% off the total order.

How do we add another Learning A-Z product to an existing license?

1. Select the Order link from the new website or from the Products link of the My Account page.
2. Enter the username and password for the existing License Coordinator in the I already own a Learning A-Z product fields, and select the Continue button.
3. Enter the number of classrooms who will be using the materials.
4. Select the number of years you would like to order, from the drop down menu. Order up to five years at a time to lock in current low rates and receive a 10% multiple year discount off the total order.
5. Enter a promotion code, if you have one.
6. Confirm the License Coordinator contact information.
7. Select the Continue button.
8. If desired, select other Learning A-Z products to purchase for the same number of classrooms and years. Order multiple Learning A-Z products at the same time and receive a 10% multiple site discount off the total order.

How do we add more classrooms to an existing license?
The top-level top-level coordinator can expand the license online to include more classrooms. To do so:

1. Log into the purchased website with your top-level coordinator username and password.
2. Select the Expand option from the Products link of the My Account page.
3. Fill in the number of classrooms/educators to add to your license and enter a promotion code, if applicable.
4. Click the Continue button.
5. Review our usage guidelines, the total cost of the order, and agree to the price.
6. Confirm the billing contact information.
7. Select the method of payment.
8. Read and agree to the Learning A-Z terms and conditions, and select the Place Order button.
9. Print the final page.
    a. If you paid by credit card, this will be a receipt for your records and the extra user slots will be available immediately.
    b. If check or purchase order was selected, print the expansion order form and send it to Learning A-Z along with the payment. The extra user slots will be available within 2-3 business days of our receipt of the completed online expansion form and payment.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept approved purchase orders, checks and money orders, and Visa or Mastercard credit card payments. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

We recommend that customers in countries outside the United States and Canada pay by Visa or Mastercard. All credit card payments are billed in U.S. dollars. If you are outside the United States, your credit card company will convert the charge to your local currency.

Do you accept non-U.S. currency?
All payments must be made in U.S. dollars. All Visa or Mastercard credit card payments are billed in U.S. dollars. If you are outside the United States, your credit card company will convert the charge to your local currency.

Is your online credit card system secure?
Yes. Our entire subscription section is encrypted, confidential, and secure, including the credit card pages. For your security, we also do not store credit card information.

Can we pay by Visa or Mastercard over the phone?
Sure. However, please keep in mind that we are able to keep our prices low by keeping our overhead low. Therefore, we have streamlined the secure online order process to involve as few costs/personnel as possible.

Additionally, providing your credit card information over the phone may actually delay the activation of the license by several business days.

To whom do we make a purchase order payable?
Purchase orders should be made payable to Learning A-Z.

Remember, your order form and an approved copy of the purchase order will need to be sent to Learning A-Z for the activation of your license.

How can we get a receipt?
The top-level coordinator may print a receipt at any time from the Orders link of the My Account section. Select the bill for which you would like a receipt printed and use the print feature from within your browser to print as many copies as you need.

When will the license be activated?
Licenses paid by credit card will be processed and activated immediately. The coordinator will be sent a confirmation email within moments of completion of the order and can begin using the selected username and password immediately.

Licenses paid by purchase order or check will be activated within two to three business days of our receipt of the completed online order form and payment. The coordinator will be sent a confirmation email within moments of license activation and can begin using the selected username and password at that time.

Coordinators of multiple user licenses will need to register classrooms online to activate their accounts.

Can we order a license now and activate it on a later date?
You can, but you will need to use a mail-in method of payment (check or purchase order). Simply follow the instructions for ordering and indicate your preferred date of activation on the printed order form. Send your order form along with a copy of your purchase order or payment to Learning A-Z.

If you are paying by purchase order, an invoice will be issued on the activation date. If you need an invoice immediately, please contact our customer service department toll-free at (866) 889-3729. Be sure to have the purchase order number available.

Once the license is activated, the coordinator will be sent a confirmation email and can begin using the selected username and password at that time.

How will classrooms/educators receive their usernames and passwords?
Classrooms/educators will be sent a unique username and password by email when the license is active and the License Coordinator registers the classrooms.

Single classroom license educators can begin using the selected username and password as soon as the license is active and the confirmation email is sent.

Once we've purchased a license, do you offer training?
Yes. Paid users can select from one of three training options

When will the license expire?
Annual licenses expire 365 days from the date of activation.

How do we renew our license?
The top-level coordinator can renew the license online. To do so:

1. Log in to the purchased website with your License Coordinator username and password.
2. Visit the Products link of the My Account page.
3. Select the Renew option for the appropriate product.
4. Enter the number of classrooms who will be using the materials.
   a. If you are reducing the number of classrooms from the previous year, you will need to reduce the number of registered teachers to match the renewal order.
5. Select the number of years you would like to order, from the drop down menu. Order up to five years at a time to lock in current low rates and receive a 10% multiple year discount off the total order.
6. Enter a promotion code, if you have one.
7. Confirm the License Coordinator contact information.
8. Select the Continue button.
9. f desired, select other Learning A-Z products to purchase for the same number of classrooms and years. Order multiple Learning A-Z products at the same time and receive a 10% multiple site discount off the total order.
    a. If you would like to order more classrooms for any of the additional Learning A-Z products, purchase the product now, and you will have the opportunity to purchase more classrooms from the website My Account page.

     a. If you paid by credit card, this will be a receipt for your records and the extra user slots will be available immediately.
    b. If check or purchase order was selected, print the renewal order form and send it to Learning A-Z along with the payment. The order will be processed within 2-3 business days of our receipt of the completed online renewal form and payment, and a confirmation email will be sent to the coordinator.

Your renewal will not be activated until the previous license has expired. If your license expires before you renew, your users will not be able to access the materials on the website and will no longer have permission to continue instructional use of downloaded materials; however, you will still be able to renew.

It's time to renew our license but our License Coordinator left. How do we renew?
Only the top-level coordinator can renew the license online.

To designate a new top-level coordinator, we ask that you fax documentation on school or district letterhead authorizing a change and replacing the original order form contract. The letter should be signed by someone in a position of authority and include:

  • Licensed organization
  • Website(s)
  • A license identifier (username, license ID, or previous top-level coordinator's name)
  • Name, phone number, and email address of the new License Coordinator.
  • Agreement with our Usage Policy; one license per classroom.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days from receipt of your faxed documentation to update our records. Once updated, the new  top-level coordinator will receive an email confirmation with the username and password, which can be used to log into the purchased site and renew.
