How do I know which version of Adobe Reader to use? To ensure efficiency when downloading and accessing files, we recommend using the latest version of Adobe Reader.
What are my options for viewing downloaded files? There are two options for viewing downloaded files with Adobe Reader. - Download the file to your hard drive and open it directly in Adobe Reader.
- Open the document directly in your browser window.
How do I change the way I view downloaded files?
- Open Adobe Reader.
- Select Edit.
- Select Preferences.
- In the Categories section, click Internet.
- A check in the Display PDF in Browser check box will open documents directly in the browser window. To disable the option, uncheck the box.
- Click Ok.
How do I locate a lesson after it has been downloaded to my hard drive? If you have elected to download the file to your hard drive, navigate to the folder it was saved in. Check your browser Preferences if you did not choose that folder during the download process. More detailed information about Adobe Reader can be found on the Adobe website.
