Learning A-Z's Common Core Standards

Reach Common Core State Standards With Learning A-Z!

Most states have now adopted the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) for the purpose of ensuring that students are college- and career- ready after graduating from high school. But adopting the CCSS is only the beginning and now the hard work begins preparing students for new assessments scheduled for the 2014-15 school year.

Learning A-Z is committed to supporting educators in their implementation efforts by providing resources that will target CCSS points of emphasis and save teachers time. Let Bob Holl, our Co-Founder and President, give you an intro:

Common Core State Standards and Learning A-Z

Starting next year, the Common Core assessments will be here. That's why we're dedicating 2013 to get you ready. After all, now is the time for you to learn, plan, and implement Common Core into your classroom. And that's where Learning A-Z comes in.

To get you started, we're providing information on the major shifts and key topics of the Common Core English language arts Standards. Clicking on any of the links to the left will present you with information explaining the key CCSS topics, why they are important, and how Learning A-Z's resources can be used to implement the various elements of CCSS. In addition, we're also providing links to free 14-day trials of our websites so teachers can see first-hand how our resources can be used to meet CCSS.
